Chef João Zwirtes Hamester, from Rio Grande do Sul, graduated in Gastronomy by Unisc, is the one who commands Camurim, Cozinha de Experiência at Hotel Marlin's.

Through unusual combinations and ingredients, the restaurant seeks to provide customers with a true gastronomic experience, full of colors and flavors.

Inaugurated in November 2020, Camurim serves contemporary dishes with technical excellence and regional touch, unmatched in Pipa, and is open to the external public for lunch and dinner.
